Internet Relay Chat, or IRC, is a great way to get support from YourWiki staff members and the rest of the community.
Our channel is #yourwiki on the Freenode IRC Network. If you don't have an IRC client, you can use the Freenode webchat client. Just click here to connect. We also have a recent changes feed for all wikis hosted with us in the #yourwiki-rc channel.
There is almost always a staff member in our IRC channels, so it's a good way to get a question answered quickly. If you aren't able to find anyone, we may be sleeping on the other side of the world. Just be patient, and we'll answer your question. Optionally, leave an email address, and we can answer your question that way if you disconnect before we get back. Many of our wikis have their own IRC channels; links to their channels can generally be found on their respective wiki.
